4 steps towards a job with TREFOR

Here you can learn more about our recruitment process.

  1. Application

You will receive confirmation that your application has been received soon after submission. A position will typically be advertised for 14 days, after which we will select who we want to invite for an interview.
  2. Interview

If we invite you for an interview, you should expect it to take around an hour. We will tell you about who we are and ask you about yourself. During the interview, we will also establish whether we would be a good match for one another and whether your professional qualifications are a good fit for the job.
  3. Second interview

For many positions, prospective colleagues will also be invited for a second interview. You will be asked to complete a personality test prior to the interview. The test will give us the opportunity to learn more about your personality.
  4. We have matched

We will be in touch with you if we decide to offer you the position or if we cannot consider you for the role. If we don’t call, we will let you know via email. You are welcome to give us a call to request further feedback.
